✦ As the Artist and Designer, I reserve the right to use it personally:
✧ I can post the artwork on my social media
✧ I can use the artwork for my portfolio
✧ I can use it as an example for commissions
✧ However, if you wish to keep your commissioned work in private and not be uploaded, please inform me right away.
✦As the buyer/commissioner, you are allowed to:
✧ Use the artwork for personal purposes (references etc.)
✧ Post it on social media (as long as credited)
✧ print it (as long as you do not sell it)
✧ Trade or Gift any adopts purchased
✧ You may resell if this condition is applied on the adopt
✧ You may redesign the adopt but for minimal changes and it should still stick in the theme/appearance of the adopt
✦As the buyer/commissioner, you are not allowed to:
✧ make alterations on the art piece itself (the image file)
✧ profit off of my art by selling and producing products with my art on it when not agreed upon for Commercial Use.
