TOS

Standard Designs
1) You are able to resell these designs but for no more than you paid for, unless you are adding additional worth
2) You may gift or trade them to anyone you like, you don't have to alert me! However please respect there are some users on my blacklist that I am not comfortable with owning my artwork, you can ask me about this.
3) Adopts can be altered once purchased, I don't mind slight alterations at all. Please contact me for larger overhauls.
4) Please also contact me if you intend to convert them to a closed species.
5) Do not steal, trace, copy or remove my watermarks from my designs.
6) You may repost your design offsite but please always link back to me.
7) Your design will be sent DIGITALLY you will not receive a print out or any sort of physical item! These are DIGITAL GOODS.
8) Please credit me at least once for the design, I love seeing my designs get used!
9) Unwatermarked files will always be sent to you VIA your choice of location after purchase.
10) Are for personal use only, and should not be used for commercial sales without explicit permission from myself.
11) Please ask if you intend to redesign the character, and if you are having someone else design, please do let me know who the user is beforehand as they may be on my blacklist.
12) All sales are final. Do not ask for a refund of a design you have already received.

**Closed Species Designs**
1) You are able to resell these designs but for no more than you paid for, unless you are adding additional worth such as added artwork or literature.
2) Are for personal use only, and should not be used for commercial sales without explicit permission from myself.
3) I should be credited for the species every time you draw/share art of your Dextroluma / Lockettes / Dexette.
4) Please know that by buying my closed species designs they are intended to stay as the species they are designed into. If you wish to convert them, please do ask me, however I will most likely say no! Please do respect my wishes. By not agreeing to this you will automatically be placed on my blacklist.
5) If you'd like to convert a non CS design of mine to the above species, please do ask before doing so!
6) All sales are final. Do not ask for a refund of a design you have already received.

**Auctions**
1) General adopt rules still apply to these.
2) Generally run for 3-5 days max.
3) Always end 11:59PM EST
4) Bid only if you have the funds ready or you're able to make a payment plan!
5) Otherwise payments are due within 48 hours of ending.

**Raffles, Free adopts, Draw to adopt, Offer to adopt, Name your price**
1) General adopt rules still apply to these.
2) You may gift or trade them to anyone you like.
3) Absolutely NO reselling at all on free designs.
4) All DTA entries belong to the winner of the DTA.
5) OTA entries must be completed before gaining the files.
6) You are able to repost your design offsite but please link back to me.
7) Credit me at least once for the design, I love seeing my designs get used!

[Trade/Resell] ✦✦✦
✦  Please don't sell my designs for more than you bought them for (unless you're adding value with commissioned art).  Additionally, don't sell a design if you got it from me for free.

[Credit] ✦✦✦
✦  When using my artwork, please credit me. (StarryDoe @ Deviantart, or StarryDoe @ Toyhou.se).  Credit for the design overall is greatly appreciated but not necessary every time you post/use/commission  them.

[Commercial Rights/Usage] ✦✦✦
✦  My designs are for personal use, but  you are welcome to contact me about permissions for commercial rights (may be at some cost, depending on what it's for).  For the sake of 'Commercial Use', this includes (but isn't limited to): Merchandise (Physical or Digital),  Logos, or in any project with aims to turn a profit. 

[NFT/AI Usage] ✦✦✦
✦  My designs/art is not to be used for NFTs or fed into/edited with AI.

[Edits & Redesigns ] ✦✦✦
✦ So long as you're not editing my artwork directly, edits to my designs are perfeclty fine and don't require notification/permission; ex: making a new reference and  changing colors, adjusting themes, giving them a new outfit, etc. Please credit me for the original design, though.  Edits to my arwork directly require my permission.

[Guest Designs/Closed Species + Conversions] ✦✦✦
✦  For guest designs, please adhere to any rules of the species/group they were made for. Same for converting designs between species or into a closed species; please only do so via the proper channels laid out by the species you're converting to and from. I don't require permisison for conversion or removal of my designs, but the species in question might have rules (or have steps required that you should follow). 

[ Design Rights]  ✦✦✦
✦  In general, once you've paid for a design, it's yours. I won't revoke it for any reason, so long as I consider it  completely paid for. (Though I retain rights over the original artwork I drew.)

[ Holds & Payment Plans]  ✦✦✦
✦  Holds are welcome for returning buyers, but in general I will likely refuse any hold longer than a week.  Payment plans are available for any amount of $100 USD or more, with an minimum initial deposit due depending on the total amount.
