Phoebe's Reaction

To say that Phoebe was livid over the news of the war would be an understatement.

She was furious that the corrupt Queen Morgana dared to break peace with an attack like that. She was angry that so many lives were going to get wasted, that families and communities were torn apart already, be it because of flight or, even worse, because of an attack. She also blamed the army of the Blighted Wild for Samsara's panic attack, which made her even more enraged. Worst of all was the lack of any reason for this bloodshed. While the dream of forging an empire would still a be terribly bad reason for warfare, it would have been somewhat explicable, at least if one pretended Dextroluma were more like humans.

But the actual reason, as far as Phoebe could tell, was somehow a lot worse. It was all so senseless. All these lives were ruined over nothing!

Upon learning that the Verdant Kingdom had won the first important fight, she was filled with a grim satisfaction. But that was not enough to soothe her. Even though she was not directly affected, she wanted revenge. It was of course foolish to believe that she could tear through the armies of the Corrupt Court all by herself with ease and confront the warmongering royals. That only worked in works of fiction. But oh, it would be such a satisfaction!

Yet for now, she could only sit around and wait. Or could she...?

The fury inside of her urged her to jump into action, but she also knew she was too attached to Samsara to really join the battle. She could not simply leave her behind, and there was no way she would come along. Phoebe wouldn't let her if if she wanted to, not after the panic attack she suffered.

But there had to be something else she could do. Phoebe was unwilling to sit by idly and just watch the events like a peverted tv show.
