Parasol Cape
A natural cape that grown from around the neck. It can be raised up at will and this way, the Dextroluma can either use the additional surface to cool themselves down, provide shade for kids or other smaller creatures nearby It can also have sultural significance, as it does make the wearer appear bigger and taller (and more fancy). The relaxed cape works like a natural capelete, providing protection against rain against everything worn below.
For the Golden Steppe region. Plains notoriously lack shelter, so Dextrolumas need something that protects against heavy rains and scorching sun.
