Transfer to the Site Guide

Do you have Characters, MYOs, or Items you need to transfer on-site? 

As we have recently moved to a website we are aware that many of our community members still need to have characters, MYOs, or items transferred to the website. We are introducing a new system using the Claim feature to streamline this process and make it easer on both user and Mods alike!

What are Legacy MYOs? 

Rather than having a Mod go through the process of uploading each member's character instead, we will be granting members who submit a claim a Mysterious Crystal used to create a Legacy MYO 

Legacy MYOs allow you to choose any species, any rarity, any subtype, and to add any traits. The process of using a Legacy MYO is nearly the same as using and submitting a regular MYO, the main difference being that you have the ability to choose rarity and species. These MYOs can not be used for regular MYO submission and can not be traded to another user. If you are caught attempting either you may receive disciplinary action. 

A Note About MYO Rarities

As both Lockettes and Dextroluma are old species, rarities, and traits have changed and condensed over the years. Rarities have been changed, condensed, or removed as we grow as groups and some of the older items members have may be out of date with the current rarities 

Lockettes 

• As Lockettes have just joined Dextrolumas on-site MYOs and trait upgrades are currently NOT available for transfer. We are working to get all Lockette assets up as soon as possible, but these things take time so please be patient with us! This guide will be updated and an announcement will be made when MYOs and items are up on the website
  
• The Mythic Rarity on old MYOs, traits, and characters has merged with the Rare Rarity
• The Uncommon Rarity on old MYOs, traits, and characters has merged with the Common Rarity
• The Rarity for Legendary Lockettes, Lockettes with Special One Off or Unique Traits, has been renamed Mythic to match Dextrolumas. Any old MYOs with the Rarity "Mythic" is considered Rare in Rarity
• Any Lockette MOD MYOs (MYO items not premade designs) requested to be transferred on-site that are owned by non-Mods will grant a Rare MYO + Mutation Box

Dextrolumas 

• The Legendary Rarity  on old MYOs, traits, and characters has merged with the Rare Rarity
• The Uncommon Rarity on old MYOs, traits, and characters has merged with the Common Rarity
• Any Dextroluma MOD MYOs (MYO items not premade designs) requested to be transferred on-site that are owned by non-Mods will grant a Rare MYO 

Written Guide to Submitting a claim

1.  Go to the "Submit" drop-down menu on the Navigation Bar 
2.  Click "Submit Claim", this will take you to the page to create a New Claim
3.  Link your items and or characters that you wish to transfer on-site in the URL text box 
   
   1.  All links provided must provide proof that they existed before the site (or in the case of Lockettes, before they moved onto site)
   2. We highly recommend for transfers from Toyhouse that you use a specific tag or folder with all the items or characters listed. For example, a "Transfer to Site" tag would make things much easier on us mods! 
   3. If you link a folder or tag with a mix of items or characters that are not part of the Dextroluma, Lockette, or Dexette species your claim will be rejected (i.e. don't have outside species MYOs, CS characters, or non-CS characters  in the link) 
   4. While Toyhouse is recommended we are aware that some characters and items may not have a Toyhouse so Sta.sh, Deviant Links, etc. also work so long as they provide clear proof
4.  Tell us the reason for your claim in the comment section! It makes things easier for us if you let us know the reason rather than just linking us a URL.
5.  Add the items you wish to be granted into the "Rewards" section of the claim.
   1. If you don't know which current on-site item corresponds to the items you have, you may leave this blank and a Mod will add them for you.
   2. To transfer characters on-site you must add the item called "Mysterious Crystal" once you use this item you will be granted a Legacy MYO which you can upload your character with. 
6.  Everything else on the claim should be left blank! Do not add anything in any of the other sections 
7.   Now submit your Claim and wait for a Mod to approve it!

Step One: Find "Submit Claim"

Step Three: Create a Link for your characters or items (We recommend using a tag to make things easier!)

Step Four: Put your link in the "URL" section and add the correct items in the "Reward" Section

Step Five: Submit and wait for approval!
