As you step inside, you see it for yourself. A large book lays on a pedestal. Despite its size, it looks very thin - and as you draw closer, you see why.
Vincent
“They tore out every single page…”
Keir
“It looks as though they left some of them behind.”
Observer
He crouches, lifting some off the ground.
Keir
“The foreword.”
Vincent
“…of course they had to take the illustrations.”
Keir
“It looks as though they’ve… drawn on the foreword…?”
Observer
He hands the pages over to you and Vincent, looking baffled.
