-Who is the culprit or culprits behind Deja's missing statue?
A yet unknown self-proclaimed ruler of the trash kingdom or three raccoons in a trenchcoat

The list of my suspects:
-the corrupt royals: I do not think it's them, they do not strike me as being subtle like that. If they stole the statue, I would expect them to brag about it and display the vandalized statue like a trophy. In addition, it makes sense from a tactical point to strike while the opponent is confused and surprised, so while the mystery is new. Giving us time to solve it means the moment of surprise has passed and the advantage fades.
-Goolia: Formerly known as Amalia, the found scrap of fabric links to her. But as this is the only hint doing so, I do not think it was her. Mainly because I see no reason why she would want to do it. If it was Gulp, as being joked in the server, I would assume Goolia would reach out to the fellow royals in extreme privacy and see if this situation could be resolved instead of doing nothing. Plus, "Higher or Lower" is the only Daily activity without any clues.
-Elixir shop owner: they certainly have background information However, the artwork of them has them depicted with white glowing eyes, meaning they are a pure Dextroluma. They also provided us with the broken bottle (judging by the shape ans color, it was "Tears of the Damned"). If they were behind it, they have no reason to help.
-unknown ruler from trash kingdom: the trash kingdom has to be run by someone and based on the clues found, I suspect it's someone immune to Necrosis. Or three raccoons in a trenchcoat.

- How did the culprit steal the statue?
Using the blueprint of Verdant Castle, they were able to sneak in and out unseen through forgotten passages.

- Why did the culprit steal the statue?
I do not think it's political or personal. If the racoon/trash ruler theory is right, then they might have stolen the statue because they saw the offerings around it and wrongly concluded the statue would generate the offerings.

- What do the clues mean?
According to Arabella, the scrap of fabric is from very old dresses (last used before Goolia became who she is now) and she also pointed out in week one that fabric does not last as long as Dextrolumas live. Therefore, it is quite likely the scrap came from the trash after someone threw an old garment away.
The broken bottle was an accident while poking around in the Elixir Shop. The hint "what lies beneath" is a clue towards canalisation, as hinted at the discovery of the blue print hint.
The corrupt mushroom found in Strawberry Gardens could have been an accident due to spores having been transported by fur or clothes.
The stolen and destroyed books were used for the paper mache castle.
The fake Queen deja statue was made to imitate the Verdant Castle memorial room in an attempt to summon the offerings. But it did not work because it's not the right statue.

-How did you come to these conclusions?
The clues are all related to trash or decay/destruction. Lockettes and earth animals are immune to Necrosis, so they could transport elder mushrooms or come in contact with Tears of the Damned potion without being as risk contracting it.
Racoons are found in the trash kingdom, as statues in the background and part of what made the false Deja-statue. Raccoons are typically* associated with trash and throughout the hunt, there were hints of racoons (week 1 had a "No Raccoons" sign in the bookstore).
As omnivores, raccoons have sharper canines than humans, but overall the same type of teeth in their mouth, which would explain the traces on the destroyed book. Boon only said it cannot have been a Draphibian or other animals native to Aerius. Perhaps the ruler of the trash kingdom used their teeth too.
As explained above, I have ruled out (haha) the corrupt royals as suspects, despite some clues linking to corruption.

My other theory:
It was Serena, who wanted the statue for her shop and she contracted a bunch of raccoons / Racoon-Lockette to do so!
