Mrs Hoppoppins was gifted by his mother to LoLo because he was and is a mess and someone need to keep an eye on him.
Mrs Hoppoppins finished the most prestigeous nanny school or something because she not just know how to take care of others but also has her own unique material arts style. She refuse to do tricks like most domesticated Hoppoppers are able to learn as she see herself way above and more elegant than that.
She is fed up with LoLo's shxt, Ywett's shxt, the Stewy and Cakey gang's shxt and the Suldra's big baby antics. 

She feels like without her everything would be in crumbles. She is way more intelligent than an average Hoppopper.
