Ywett originally had them as a stray Stewy who was not named as of yet, she felt like they not found themselves as a person so went to the Gala to get the Fancy cookie and see if they like it or not. Originally they supposed to wait for the Trickster cookie but felt the Fancy cookie more. They are a true gentlethem and the most well behaving one from Ywett's Stewy pets. They are eager to open the door and have actually some table manners compared to the other Stewy's. They hate gender norms and when people assume they are a "he/male " because having an elegant mustache tophat. 

His name is based on an actual very random catchphrase of my late uncle who knew no english or french but said "Madam Monsier LeConte" when he got pissed but not wanted to use actual swearing words.
