GENERAL

✧I will NOT draw offensive content, any commission or commissioner I find to breach this contract will have the work I have done terminated and no refund will be offered.

PAYMENTS

✧Payment plans are available for more extensive/longer-form work, however, they must be agreed upon beforehand. Otherwise, all payments are upfront.

REVISIONS

✧3 major revisions are permitted until 50-75% of completion on the commission. I will ask at multiple stages (if provided contact information or applicable) for input and acceptance of the current work.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

✧I will aim to have a confirmed WIP for you within 2 weeks. Depending on the complexity of the work depends on delivery time. 2 months for middle to easy work.

✧I am willing to discuss rush timeframes, small windows of turnaround will incur a charge.

USE

✧Use on YOUR OWN stream or for YOUR OWN Vtuber/streaming assets is accepted, however, please specify this in the general commission request form. Only in the use of sales & merch will I request extra compensation.

✧Use in personal cases such as social media icons or banners is fully accepted, if possible, I always request credit in text somewhere visually accessible around the location of use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✧Any adopts or designs sold are now owned by you, and you may do what you wish with them. However, please credit/tag me where possible. IF said adopt is part of a closed species, their TOS will apply also.

✧I will not do work for nor do I approve of my work being used for NFTs & AI generation. Using my work without permission will result in a takedown notice and strikes were applicable. I will be ruthless, I will not give warning past this.

REFUNDS

✧I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time. If applicable at the time of the cancellation, I will refund you and cancel the work.

✧Refunds are only available up until an accepted final WIP or equivalent. If you have approved a final sketch/WIP & I have continued into the final stages; I will not refund the payment. Even if you decide you do not want the work, this should be voiced when WIPs are showcased. Exceptions MAY apply.

COMMUNICATION

✧I will do my best to stay in constant contact & communicate with you. If you require or have thought about amendments and other requests, you are free to contact me at any time. I will respond within my timezone availability hours. Please ask if you would like to know more about GMT.

✧Discord is my Prime contact method. This can be provided to all commissioners.
