1.) All designs by default are intended for personal use only with no commercial rights.
2.) None of my art is intended or may be used as or for NFTs or AI learning. Period.
3.) Designs are not to be sold or traded to anyone on my blacklist.
4.) I retain the right to use any design for promotional purposes or marketing.

Credit Terms

1.) You may not remove credits from my designs.
2.) If you post my design(s) on other social media, credit must be present to myself and linked to either my dA or TH account(s) [shadowsaiph on both platforms].

Re-Design Terms

1.) I do not allow for redesigns at this time.

Reselling or Trading

1.) You may not sell the design for more than you paid for it unless additional artwork or literature is included in the transfer.

Closed Species Addendums

1.) All the terms and blacklist users must follow the terms also listed in this TOS.
2.) Any rules of the specific Closed Species must also be followed.

Public Blacklist

None at this time.

I reserve the right to make further changes to my TOS at anytime. I also reserve the right to blacklist anyone discovered to not follow the above terms.
