These pills are empty but they look cute!

To use this item locate "Pill Party Border" in your  "inventory",   make sure it's checked,  and then select 'Redeem Border'. Once redeemed, you can add the border to your avatar by accessing the dropdown menu under your Username and choosing "Settings".
