Doesn't this just remind you of the rising sun, when the clouds are all pink and fluffy?

To use this item locate "Pink Clouds Border" in your  "inventory",   make sure it's checked,  and then select 'Redeem Border'. Once redeemed, you can add the border to your avatar by accessing the dropdown menu under your Username and choosing "Settings".
