Regular stars not good enough eh? 

To use this item locate "Rainbow Star Border" in your  "inventory",   make sure it's checked,  and then select 'Redeem Border'. Once redeemed, you can add the border to your avatar by accessing the dropdown menu under your Username and choosing "Settings".
