Dextroluma culture is generally very accepting of individuals with disabilities.  While some disabilities have been more difficult to live with for differing environmental reasons over history, there have never been widespread beliefs that being disabled in any way meant someone was ‘lesser’.  Disability aids of all sorts are commonplace, and many pet and companion animal species can be trained to act as service animals for those who need one.
