Myrkvid (Myrkvid)
At the Heartlands' southern border, Myrkvid sprawls. This vast forest is strange and perilous, and not for the faint of heart.
This sphere was much smaller for most of the Heartlands' recorded history, but during the Last War, it inexplicably exploded in size. It now is nearly impassable, and has developed a far stronger reputation for being haunted than what it once held.
The sphere of Myrkvid has the following settings or conditions:

- It can be traveled to only on foot, by animal, or by an animal-drawn cart.
- Most levels of technology function within it - the technology limit seems to purely apply to vehicles.
- All levels of medical care are theoretically possible - prosthetics, medical care for organics that can allow the regrowth and attachment of new limbs, artificial prosthetics, typical treatment of illnesses, artificial wombs, etc. You just...might not be able to find anywhere that can actually do any of those treatments.
- Myrkvid has a regular seasonal cycle, similar to Earth - summer, autumn, winter, and spring.
- There is a day-night cycle, with a moon and a sun, though the day is typically short and fleeting.
- Decay is possible - if a piece of meat is left out, it will grow rotten.
- It can be traveled to only on foot, by animal, or by an animal-drawn cart.
