Kita District

This district is known for luxurious public gardens and very good schools.  There are plenty of public teleporters around, which residents primarily use to visit other districts, as this district does not have much mixed use - there are few things here beyond gardens, schools, and homes belonging to the upper class.  There's a decent guard presence in this area as well, which makes the residents feel safe - and discourages anyone else from visiting.
