Relatively near to the border with Glacia, the Boreal Canyon appears as a large gash across the continent, a remnant of the last great move of Glacia's glacial sheet.
The Boreal Canyon is usually visible from space, as well as from the Crystal Isles and Arcane Artifice.
While no major settlements exist along the Boreal Canyon, it is not impossible that individuals or groups live along or even within it... It certainly is a popular feature in scary stories that involve the Frozen Plains.
