The Arcane Artifice inside Mystic Metropolis

The Sovereign District of the Mystic Metropolis is not only the home of the Arcane Artifice's ruler, but also much of its bureaucracy. It sits at the very top of the Mystic Metropolis, spanning three levels of the city.
From the windows along the boulevards that cross this district, it is possible to see the edge of Aerius' atmosphere.
The Arcane Artifice's Archives are here, run by a subordinate of Nepra, along with numerous other government offices. Most employees of those offices prefer to live in this district as well, for the ease of commuting to work - the twilight elevator commute can be a pain, after all.
