The Carnival District is a vast entertainment district, and is the largest district in the Arcane Artifice, spanning ten levels of the city.

The district is filled with every sort of entertainment - arcades, theaters, opera houses, a few casinos, circuses, even an amusement park. There are residences interspersed among the fun, although it is hard to say how restful living in the Carnival District is...

There's rumors about some entertainment places that are not always present here, which may be darker than the usual fare... but it's difficult to ascertain the veracity of these rumors.
