On the grounds of Kagiana Academy lies Kagiana University. This institution of higher learning is only a century old, but has already established its prominence.
The University has its own campus on the grounds of Branch 0 - which necessitated the massive undertaking of expanding Kagiana's fence. Numerous of lockettes and dexettes - and occasionally even dextroluma, kipitins, humans, and more - study at KU, and many choose to live in the dorms on its grounds.
KU has little about it to distinguish itself from the surrounding campus of Kagiana Academy, other than labels on the buildings reserved for it. It isn't unheard of for an academy student to accidentally attend a university course due to getting lost on their first day of classes.
