Heart Hollow is the district that borders Branch 0 of Kagiana Academy. Once the site of some major battles to prevent the construction of Branch 0, it has been turned into a fun and quirky district catering to the students and staff of Kagiana Academy and University.

Heart Hollow has the literal shape of a heart, and the ground there is lower than that of the areas it ajoins, due to the use of bombs during the fight to stop Kagiana from being constructed. Residents and businesses of Heart Hollow tend to think it's a bit funny that militant Artisans and Sculptors created the conditions that ultimately make their district so unique.

There are a lot of cafês in Heart Hollow, countless bookstores, game stores, arcades, pizzerias, and anything else a newly manifested lockette could want for entertainment and a (relatively) safe place to explore and develop themselves. Students of Branch 0 typically work in Heart Hollow after their first year of study, as one of their courses, although some opt just to work in Kagiana itself. Most businesses love hiring students, though - those students tend to bring their friends in as business, after all.
