Command Tower

 It resembles an air traffic control tower found on earth, with a wide span of tinted windows wrapping around the outside. It is covered in aerials and antenna, dishes and cameras, all pointing every which way. There are no lights coming from the inside, and no one has ever been seen coming or going from the tower at any time. Most believe the founder is up there, watching down on the city, but no one is exactly sure.  More than a few denizens of the city believe the tower might be the creator, somehow transformed or evolved.
