Due to this, it is, unsurprisingly, quite an expensive place to live.  It consists of the top part of Mephiticity’s many skyscrapers, above the riff raff in view of the night sky, all connected by sky bridges and gondola lifts. Despite being the more luxurious part of Mephiticity, it still can’t escape the peeling paint, haphazard wires and thick smog that covers the whole sphere.
