Lead Harbour

All products or people are walked over from the 'Harbour' to their waiting transport to take them further into the city. This is where the majority of visitors and immigrants come into the city, as it’s one of the few large-scale entrances available. 

Both the sun and water from the Lazura Ocean cast light into Mephiticity that when the warehouse is empty, it gives the false appearance that it is filled with water.  It's one of the few spots of something approaching traditional beauty in Mephiticity... and an incredibly rare sight.
