Dead Centre

Dead Centre is the place typically sought by tourists, as it hosts most of Mephiticity's 'fun' spaces.  It's... not necessarily the fun you might find in say, Key, but there are some unique restaurants and places to see a show of some sort.  This is perhaps the only area in the city that isn't either dug into the ground or soaring above it - because of how close Dead Centre is to the Command Tower's dead space, it's surprisingly flat.
