The Lost Cove is the site of a surprising number of shipwrecks that have settled into on the abyssal floor. The ocean waters above it are quite dangerous and wild, but there is a silent peace here...
Generally, the shipwrecks are the province of the dead, but sometimes the living linger here too. More than one captain or sailor who survived the destruction of their ship has wound up lingering here mourning, or too ashamed to try to return home, and there have been those who have decided to settle among the spoils until the sea destroys them.
