The White Wood

The trees are all covered in a strange white bark, and grow with uncannily even spacing.  When the bark is stripped from a tree, many different colors of wood can be found underneath the bark, and the bark is reputed to be pliant enough to be made into clothing, similar to the birch bark of Earth.  Although used for almost every purpose that wood can be used for, the quantity of trees never seems to meaningfully deplete. New trees seem to grow into the place of a removed one within a week.

Some lockettes do reside within this forest, preferring the peaceful and quiet environment to the bustle of a city or town.  Some lockettes believe the residents of the White Wood must surely know its secrets, but such claims are typically refuted by the residents.
