Thanks to its large plains and good soil, Pavise is where most food within Skelduz is grown or raised.
Farming towns and villages dot the landscape, although few are of much note to anyone outside of Skelduz.
The few researchers who have managed to ever visit Skelduz report that the soil in Pavise is abnormally fertile and high yielding, leading crops to grow rapidly and allowing quite a surplus to accumulate through harvests.
