Residents of Amaranth Point tend to be heavily traditional, and prefer to live off the land and their work rather than embracing technological advances.  They are in close proximity to the Great Abbey, and the residents are very often hardline Artisans, Sculptors, or Crafters who believe that living near the Great Abbey means their worship of the Artist has more effect or value.

Beyond its tendency towards religious zealotry, Amaranth Point is well known for the various artisinal products, particularly decorative items, produced and sold by its populace.  A tapestry from Amaranth Point's artists could cost millions of crystals - but their beauty and worksmanships mean they are typically considered worth every crystal.

They conduct a great deal of trade with Vinedale, sourcing many of the components they use from the larger resources found on the Wandering Island.
