Arcadia

Arcadia was once similar in design to Key, but fighting during the Last War and the subsequent revolution against the anti-human government saw the city leveled by violent fighting between powerful lockettes.

After the civil war ended, the new government sought to distinguish themselves from what the nation was before, leading to the beautiful and organized city that is Arcadia in the present day.  There are plentiful museums, shops, and more, and pasture and farmlands have been incorporated into the city to make it more pleasing to the eye - particularly to human eyes, as humans are known for their symbiotic relationship to plants and greenery.
