Lev is a large port city along the coastline of Dimensa. Despite tensions with other spheres, they still see large amounts of business from Anchorage.

Visitors are not permitted to wander beyond the city limits of Lev, however, and face stiff penalties from Dimensa if they do so.

It doesn't happen often, though, that someone breaks this law. Lev is awash in entertainment for its visiting merchants, sailors, spacers, and others.

Somewhat unusually for a terrestrial sphere, Lev does possess a spaceport, allowing them to receive and send goods to Alta and the Splaze Empire. The spaceships hovering over the city make for a strange sight in the sky, particularly at sunset, and it has become a popular filming location due to this.
