Quartz sits on the furthest edge of the Crystal Isles from Diamond City. It's a more understated town, and a place that is easier for ordinary dextroluma to afford to live.
Of course, like the rest of the nation, most attractions wind up being in Diamond City due to the ease of simply taking a teleporter there. It doesn't mean Quartz is bereft of restaurants or entertainment venues, but it is more sparse than one might expect of what is functionally the Isles' second largest city. Of course, some prefer that, finding themselves less overwhelmed and more at home here.
