Facet

The town may be rural, but it doesn't mean the biases of the region fail to reach it.  While cured dextroluma are treated better than in Diamond City, there's plenty of suspicion towards them here too.  The town only has a few teleporters, but they're a great deal larger than most to facilitate transport of agricultural goods.  There are a few places here besides residences, but due to the ease of use of teleporters, many dextroluma simply find their entertainment in Diamond City when they're not working.
