The capitol of the Frozen Plains, Frost is built into one of the few hills to be found on the Frozen Plains, which shelters the city from intense winds.
The city generally seems permanently frozen over, sparkling ice coating the buildings and palace in thick coats. It has a beautiful effect, although the residents sometimes have to climb their roofs to carve off the ice to prevent it from damaging the structures.
