Kraken Canyon

Despite the ominous name, Kraken Canyon is a fun little town based in a submarine canyon full of unique bioluminescent creatures.
The town is a bit quaint but very friendly. The buildings here are typically made from a type of fossil-containing stone that contained the bioluminescence of the creatures fossilized within it. Although this stone is rare through much of Aerius, it is abundant here. An unknowing diver or capsule could easily mistake the strange glow as they approach for an immense sea creature - and perhaps that glow once belonged to one. Nowadays, it's just rocks that are nice for building a house or business.
