One of the largest settlements in the Enchanted Vale, Shadow Rise is home to the nation's royal and their court, as well as a host of other Dextroluma.

The city is famous across the galaxy thanks to a unique material found within the Vale. This rare stone absorbs light and appears almost like a void in the world - and the castle in Shadow Rise is built entirely from this stone, giving the city its name.
