Caldera City

Canals of lava run through the sprawling city.  The dextroluma who live here traverse them using boats made of a type of volcanic glass that seems to be unique to Aerius and resistant to remelting in the lava.  The canals were carved long ago to bleed off pressure from the volcano beneath the city, as the dextroluma who live here consider it 'inconvenient' to need to rebuild, something other dextroluma consider somewhat alarming.
