The city of Orchid is the newly minted capitol of the Azure Coast. A large city, it runs from nearly the rainforest into the sea, with homes in the trees and homes on stilts at the furthest edges of each side.

At present, it lacks a palace or castle, with the new Royal holding court from their place of business as they work while that is constructed. For the most part, it operates as it did before the nation split from the Realm of Tides, although more businesses that don't cater to tourists seem to be in the process of switching fully to daylight hours from mixed day and night shifts.
