Pet Categories

Pets are the normal pets of the worlds of Aerius, Ignis, and Maquette.  Each world's animals have their own unique distinctions, but they are native to their respective worlds.  Regardless of appearance, though, they're just animals!

Honorary Pets are pets that are not native to Aerius, Ignis, or Maquette, but are otherwise unremarkable, such as versions of Earth animals.  They're still just animals, though!

Event Pets are special and strange creatures.  Although most event pets are created by magic, some may be more intelligent, more capable - and may even be a sophont on par with their would-be owners!

Unlike Pets and Honorary Pets, Event Pets have limited availabilities that may differ from one another.  While they will be available at least once per year, you cannot easily obtain them outside of the conditions they appear under.
