Faerie traits are seen in dextroluma who have heritage from areas whose prominent features include higher amounts of insects and pollen.  In modern times, these areas have coalesced into the nations of the Emerald Vale and the Grand Flora Exchange, but not everyone with faerie heritage or traits resides in these nations.
